These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frameset studio website (the "Website") and services provided by Frameset ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.
1. Services Overview
Frameset provides professional digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website and web application design and development
- Business launch packages (e.g. 7-Day Business Launch)
- Product strategy, UX/UI design, and engineering services
- Consulting and related digital services
All services are provided on a project or package basis as described on the Website or agreed upon in writing.
2. No Automatic Client Relationship
Submitting a contact form, inquiry, or request does not create a client, contractor, or partnership relationship. A formal relationship exists only after:
- Scope confirmation
- Pricing agreement
- Explicit written approval by both parties
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
- Ensure they have legal rights to all materials they provide
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Delays caused by missing information or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
4. Fixed-Timeline & Fixed-Scope Services
Certain services (including but not limited to the 7-Day Business Launch) are delivered under a fixed scope and fixed timeline model.
This means:
- Scope is defined and locked before work begins
- Additional requests outside scope require a separate agreement
- Timelines depend on timely client feedback
Failure to provide feedback or materials may pause or extend delivery without liability to Frameset.
5. Payments & Fees
Payment terms are defined per project or package and may include:
- Full upfront payment
- Milestone-based payments
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client-Owned Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, provided they have lawful rights to use them.
6.2 Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment
- Frameset retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials
6.3 Pre-Existing Materials
Frameset retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies.
7. Third-Party Services
Frameset may integrate or recommend third-party services (hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, etc.).
Frameset is not responsible for:
- Third-party service availability
